Our approach
We work on one category of transaction: off-the-plan contracts in greater Melbourne that need to change hands before settlement.
Signed before published
A listing only appears on this site after the vendor has signed an agreement with us and we have confirmed that nomination is permitted under their contract. This keeps our inventory small, accurate and free of duplicated or speculative listings.
Confidentiality by default
Most developer contracts restrict how the property can be advertised. We publish the suburb, configuration, area, indicative price range and settlement timing — and nothing that identifies the building. Project name, address, developer and the original contract price are released person-to-person once we have spoken with you.
Plainly stated risk
Nomination is not right for everyone. Sub-sale duty, sunset clauses, valuation risk at settlement and developer consent all matter. We tell purchasers and vendors what the issues are, and we tell them to get their own advice.
Language is not a barrier
We work in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Malay and Indonesian, and coordinate directly with conveyancers, brokers and developers on your behalf.
