On-sell your off-the-plan contract
If your circumstances have changed before settlement, nomination may let you transfer your contract to a new purchaser. Tell us the basics and we will assess it — at no cost.

How it works
A clear, four-step process
- 01
Tell us about the contract
Property type, suburb, configuration and expected settlement date. Everything stays confidential.
- 02
Free feasibility assessment
Our team reviews the nomination terms, any developer restrictions and current market conditions, then sets the strategy.
- 03
Sign the agency agreement
Once the scope and fees are agreed and the agreement is signed, the listing formally enters our matching process.
- 04
Matching and settlement
We introduce screened buyers from our offline register, and your lawyer is supported through the Nomination paperwork right up to settlement.
Nomination: a vendor's guide to exiting safely
If finance policy, a visa change, relocation or family circumstances mean you cannot settle on time, nominating (assigning) your contract before settlement can let you exit lawfully — avoiding default and the loss of your deposit.
1. What vendors need to know
- Developer consent: whether you can nominate depends on your contract. Most require the developer's written consent.
- Confidentiality: we never publish the project name, the lot or apartment number, or any of your personal details.
- Market pricing: the transfer price is set by current supply and demand.
2. Our end-to-end service and privacy commitment
End-to-end service
- Free assessment: we review the contract and confirm whether nomination is feasible and what the developer requires.
- Straight answers: we tell you what the contract is realistically likely to achieve, based on actual market data.
- Agreement first: price expectations, our fee and confidentiality are agreed in writing before anything is marketed.
- All the way through: we match buyers privately and stay with the matter until settlement.
Privacy commitment
- Never publicly listed: we do not advertise your property or display sensitive details on any public platform.
- Private introductions only: the opportunity goes only to vetted, high-intent buyers, one at a time.
- Strictly within your contract: we will not do anything that breaches the terms of your original contract of sale.
- Clear boundaries: legal and tax matters are for your own independent conveyancer or solicitor.
